Description

Construction of 3 swimming pools including land development, roads, parking areas, networks, connections and postponement of underground infrastructure elements/facilities. The scope for each location shall include in particular:
(1) demolition of existing elements that conflict with the investment;
(2) construction of swimming pool buildings with the parameters set out in the ToR;
(3) connect the swimming pools to the nearest point indicated below, with all agreements and permits obtained, as well as the development of the required documentation if necessary:
(a) Part I (Szopienice – Burowiec) – connection to ZSH at ul. Hallera 60;
(b) Part II (Brynów) – leasing of sewerage to al. Upper Silesia, urban sewerage and location of fibre to the UM building;
(C) Part III (Ligota Zadole) – connection to a point located in Zadole Park at the amphitheatre;
(4) Each of the planned premises is a ground floor, submerged, free-standing building.
