Description of the measure This construction project concerns the new construction of the Martin-Niemöller-Gesamtschule in Bielefeld. The planned area extends to a northern and a southern plot of land with structures to be erected on each of them: Lot South Building plot size: approx. 8,995 m2 maximum floor area: approx. 3,457 m2 (basement floor) Gross volume: Approx. 37,674 m3 (category R) Gross floor area: 7.128 m2 (category R) Max. building height OK Attic: 14.75 m Lot North Building plot size: approx. 11,960 m2 maximum floor area: approx. 7,549 m2 (basement floor) Gross volume: 89,887 m3 (category R) Gross floor area: approx. 16,927 m2 (category R) Max. building height OK Attic: 21,80 m Type of work The VE1.2 carcass work is differentiated into lots South and North. The lots can be offered as single lots or as a complete package. The scope of services of the lots includes, inter alia: - earthworks (production and refilling of pipe trenches and media routes, production of retention areas, refilling of workspaces construction pit) - waterproofing and insulation work against soil (execution as "black trough") - in-situ concrete work (foundation, plinth floor, development cores) in various locations Structures (StB hollow body soles and ceilings, StB ribbed ceilings, StB flat ceilings) - Prefabricated reinforced concrete construction (stairways and external stairs, OGs columns & beams) - HBV ceilings and roofs (wood trusses, HFT element ceilings, exposed concrete) - Masonry work - Earthing and lightning protection work, empty pipe work Performance period According to the provisional construction schedule, the following performance periods are planned: Lot South: 25.02.25 - 01.04.2026 (mounting external stairs 2. Half 2027) Lot North: 16.05.25 - 22.02.2027 (assembly of external stairs 2. Half 2027) Location of the construction site The two areas are bounded to the west by the Apfelstraße and separated by the street "An der Reegt".
