Description

This consultation concerns the relaunch of the market for the creation and implementation of the Christmas Village following the invitation to tender declared unlawful. On the occasion of the end-of-year festivals, the City of Toulon implements a ‘Christmas Village’ on the Place de la Liberté with about 50 chalets made available to various exhibitors, as well as a crank for children and a vençal crèche. The open-cast decoration of this village, the elements of which will be made available to the City of Toulon, by rental, for the entire duration of the 2017 Christmas Village. As indicated in the plan in Annex 1 to the PCC, an area of 15 metres x 25 metres, or 375 m², is reserved for this central decoration. This decoration, which is traditionally inspired by the NOEL theme, left to the initiative of the holder, must have aesthetic qualities and highlight the site. It must be open for technical reasons.
