Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of quick-frozen products, vegetables and frozen fruit to the Military Units of the 3 Regional Logistic Base in 2019. The contract covers two groups of products: Group I – quick-frozen products Group II – Vegetables and Frozen fruits. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into 14 tasks.
2. The contracting authority shall indicate the possibility of exercising its right of option to the extent indicated in the annexes to the ToR, at the unit prices specified in the contract. The contracting authority reserves that the part of the contract defined as a right of option is an entitlement and not an obligation on the part of the contracting authority. The detailed conditions for the Contractor’s performance of the contract under the option right are set out in an annex to the ToR – model contract.
