Description

The subject of the contract is the design and construction of a junction at the intersection of the A4 motorway with the provincial road No 986 in Ostrów, reconstruction of the A4 motorway on the section from km 546+073 to km 547+671. The above section is part of the A4 motorway, which is located in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, in the ropczycko-sędziszowskie district, in the Ostrów commune. The scope of the contract includes the preparation and agreement of design documentation (in particular construction, technical and executive design) together with obtaining a water permit decision and a ZRID decision with immediate enforceability and execution of all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority for the task of: Construction of a junction at the junction of the A4 motorway with the provincial road No. 986 in Ostrów. The detailed description and the manner of execution of the order includes the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and the Program Concept (KP) constituting the Annex to the FTZ. The contract is financed from the Government Local Investment Fund programme.
