This contract is a works contract. This contract concerns: Trackwork It shall comprise, in principal order: - The removal of rails, tracks, switches and crossings; earthworks; - Laying of lane foundations; - Laying of rails, tracks, switches and crossings; - The construction of aluminothermic welds; - Adjustment of constraints; - Stuffing, levelling & straightening of tracks and track devices; - Disposal and installation of cable ducts - Logistic services; - Routing and disposal of excavated material and miscellaneous materials; - The adaptation of the layout of the tracks; - The removal and installation of signalling equipment; - Excavation work; - Concrete work (with supplies); - Drop-off and installation of wharf edges; - Drop-off and installation of platform coverings; - Miscellaneous works; Signalling works The work to be carried out described in this document relates to the external signalling and level crossing installations used by INFRABEL in a unified manner throughout the network. These are: - signalling equipment on the outside; - cabinets or compartment 1 000 V (low voltage connection only); - railway light signals with their cabinets or boxes; - switch manoeuvring apparatus; - distribution boxes and cabinets; - crocodiles; - rail contacts, axle detectors; - complete track circuits (including rail drilling); - the various road signs; - a network of external cables with multiple conductors connecting devices located in the countryside to relay rooms, cabinets and lodges; - laying, removing, moving or rehabilitating gutters and their lids; - laying, removing or moving guttered or buried cables; - the supply, installation or construction of various components (PVC/PE pipes, cable covers, drawing chambers, concrete slabs for the placement of boxes); - the installation of cabinets, boxes or boxes, including the introduction of cables and the necessary paints; - a fibre optic network for the control and control of signalling installations; - refurbishment of installations and removal of out-of-service materials; - the handling necessary for the performance of this undertaking; - the supply and installation of various accessories (only stainless steel bolts and screws, various hot-dip galvanised steel metal parts); - a network of monopolar HT cables (20 kV) and BT cables (1 kV) supplying signalling installations. - the handling necessary for the execution of this undertaking, including the installation and fall-back of the site; Various ECFM works for the heating of switches (VCAW) It includes, in main order: - The removal of cables; - Removal of existing transformers and bypass boxes; - The removal of gutters that have become useless or damaged; - The transport of all these materials to the place indicated by the managing official - The installation of the necessary or replaced gutters; - From the cable draw. Catenary work This contract concerns, for the catenary part: - The dice construction of some new catenary structures on the Manage side of the Luttre station; - The transfer of catenaries to the new structures; - The demolition of catenary structures that have become obsolete as a result of the refurbishment of the links; - The ripping of catenaries following the ripping of the tracks; The abolition of catenaries in the law of existing connections and the creation of new catenaries in the law of new connections. The undertaking shall comprise, in principal order: - Pre-studies, precise measurement and preparation of the work; - any administrative procedures; - The construction of massifs (blindings, excavations, concrete work, etc.); - The installation of poles, sleepers and consoles; - The transfer of catenaries to the new structures; - The demolition of posts that have become useless; - Track ripping, adjustments and adaptations related to track ripping; - The removal of the catenaries from the current links; - The construction of new routes; Renewal of catenaries. Civil engineering works - renewal of the waterproofing screed in the corridor underneath the railway station in Luttre; - Various maintenance works on the subway corridor at Luttre station.
