Delivery of official cars for the City Guard of the City of Krakow II
1. The subject of the contract is ‘Supply of official cars for the City Guard of the City of Krakow II’, case ref. ST.RL.261.12.2026. 2. As part of the contract, the Contractor will deliver five cars, hereinafter also referred to as vehicles, in accordance with the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) set out in Annex 2 to the FTZ. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option described in detail in point 17 of Section V of the FTZ. 3. The Contractor shall provide a full guarantee for cars and equipment under the conditions set out in the procurement documents, in particular in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) – model contract, constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ and in accordance with the tender submitted. 4. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the scope of the Contractor’s responsibilities are set out in the annexes to the FTZ, including the Draft provisions of the contract and the Description of the subject-matter of the contract – OPZ. 5. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, provides for the reverse order of activities, i.e. first it will examine and evaluate the tenders, and then it will make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. In connection with the application of the above procedure, the Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a declaration in the form of a Single European Procurement Document (ESPD) together with the tender. The contracting authority shall request the submission of this declaration only from the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated 6. The tender must contain the following statements and documents: a) The tender form (with the required attachments) and the technical specification of the subject of the contract – by placing on the Platform the completed attachments No 1 and 1a to the FTZ drawn up in accordance with the template provided by the Ordering Party. If a tender is submitted on a form other than Annex 1 and Annex 1a to the FTZ, it should contain all the required information specified in that Annex. The tender form and the technical specification of the subject-matter of the contract shall not be supplemented (b) In the case of economic operators relying on the resources of the entities making the resources available – Obligation of those entities using the template set out in Annex 7 to the FTZ. (c) In the case of economic operators jointly applying for the award of the contract – Declaration pursuant to Article 117(1)(b) and (c) d) Declaration(s) referred to in Section XVI of the PPL. e) Copy or information from the National Court Register, the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity or other relevant register – in order to confirm that a person acting on behalf of the Contractor is authorised to represent him. The Contractor is not obliged to submit the above-mentioned documents, provided that he indicates in the Tender Form the data enabling access to these documents by means of free and publicly available databases. 7. The documents referred to in point 6(a)-(f) above shall be submitted by the Contractor via the Platform. 8. The Contractor shall submit only one tender in accordance with the requirements set out in the FTZ. The content of the tender must correspond to the content of the FTZ. 9. The offer should be prepared in Polish and submitted under pain of invalidity in electronic form or in electronic form via the Platform available at https://strazemjska-krakow.ezarządjacy.pl.
