Description

The construction of the business incubator includes the construction of a building with: electrical, water supply, sewerage, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, equipment and external infrastructure, land management, fencing and 2 exits.
As part of the task, the contractor – on the basis of the Contracting Authority’s mandate – will also be required to carry out all the activities and bear the costs related to the connection of the incubator’s facility to the district heating, electricity, water supply and sewerage network to the extent specified in the technical conditions for connection and connection contracts issued, as well as prepare the necessary documents and participate in the process of obtaining a decision authorising the use of the facility. The Contractor shall also carry out an information and commemorative plaque of the investment in accordance with the model provided by the Contracting Authority.
