Description

The purpose of the contract is to connect the RD730 (Royan - A10 MIRAMBEAU axis) to the RD114 (Route de SAINTES). The work included earthworks, intervention on the roadway and the roundabout of the RD17, as well as on the connection on the RD114 on the Saintes side. The works also include storm basins, environmental measures, a landscaped merlon and soft path connections. The contract shall run for 24 months from the date of the administrative order requiring work to begin. The performance of the contract includes a clause relating to the social field and compulsory employment within the framework of L2112-2 of the Public Order Code Candidates must submit a tender that fully complies with the specifications (basic solution). They may also submit, in accordance with Articles R. 2151-8 to R. 2151-11 of the Public Procurement Code, a tender containing variants which must comply with the following detailed minimum requirements: Variants are authorised in accordance with the project guidelines and taking into account the sizing assumptions set out below: - on the form layer of the entire project, - on the roadway structure of the current section, including the roundabout of the RD17 off ramp on the Grézac side and on the Cozes side. Connection to the RD17 (flexible structure) is not allowed as a variant. An on-site visit is recommended.
