Description

FMS Wertmanagement Service GmbH (‘FMS-SG’ or ‘the contracting authority’) was established in May 2012 as a 100 % subsidiary of FMS Wertmanagement AöR (‘FMS-WM’). The FMS-WM is an organisationally and economically independent body governed by public law with partial legal personality within the Federal Financial Market Stabilisation Agency (FMSA).
According to the articles of association, the object of the FMS-SG is the management of bank portfolios, in particular loans, bonds and derivatives, and the provision of all related services. FMS-SG, as a global portfolio manager, has permanent establishments in Unterschleißheim, Dublin, London and New York.
The purpose of this call for tenders is to meet the procurement needs of the FMS-SG for outplacement consultancy services.
