Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Inwertsetzung des Jagdschlosses Karlsbrunn, das in der Gemeinde Großrsosseln gelegen ist. Das Jagdschloss Karlsbrunn ist ein kleines Schloss im Großrosselner Ortsteil Karlsbrunn. Es ist Teil der Barockstraße SaarPfalz und steht unter Denkmalschutz.
Es wurde zwischen 1769 und 1783 als schlichtes Jagdschloss im Barockstil errichtet in den Jahren 1783 bis 1786 zum heutigen dreiflügeligen Gebäudekomplex erweitert.
Beabsichtigt ist eine Nutzungsänderung des Südflügels, dessen Rückbau zum Scheunencharakter und Ausbau zum Veranstaltungsraum. Im Innenhof ist die Änderung der Decke sowie der Gefällesituation beabsichtigt.
Die Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 ist erbracht. Ein Bauantrag ist erstellt und liegt der zuständigen Genehmigungsbehörde vor. Mittlerweile wurde hierzu eine Tekturplanung estellt.
Zur Vergabe stehen nunmehr die weiterführenden Leistungen für die Objektplanung Gebäude der Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 an.
