Description

The City of Heidelberg is seeking to restructure Heidelberg's Campus Mitte as an educational location. In this context, the refurbishment of the main building and renovation of the stilt construction of the Willy-Hellpach School and the new building of the campus house will be realized. The basic services for the technical building equipment of plant group 8 for measurement, control and regulation technology according to § 55 HOAI with the performance phases 1-9 and classification in the fee zone III as well as special services are advertised. The City of Heidelberg attaches particular importance to observing the energy concept and the requirements for structural and technical energy standards contained therein.
