Description

Framework Agreement for the procurement of coordinator services for safety, health and work environment for construction projects in the execution phase, hereafter called SHA coordinator.
The Framework Agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for Safety, health and the work environment coordinators when the capacity of its own staff does not meet the need. Several of Fredrikstad municipality's activities may place call-offs against the Framework Agreement. Due to periodical high activities, the department for project development and the department for buildings and properties need to hire external Safety, health and the work environment coordinators for the implementation of municipal construction and maintenance projects and constructional alteration works.
The Framework Agreement includes houses and purpose-built buildings. This assignment will be aimed at municipal housing projects in particular, but other types of construction and renovation works may also be included.
