Description

Marché ordinaire comportant une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle.
La tranche ferme est découpée en deux phases:
— phase terrain;
— phase étude à titre indicatif, il est prévu que les prestations commencent au mois de juillet 2020.
La consultation ne comporte pas de variantes imposées mais les variantes libres à l'initiative des candidats sont autorisées.
Les candidats doivent obligatoirement proposer une offre de base répondant aux besoins exprimés et conforme au dossier de consultation.
Nombre maximum de variantes libres autorisées: deux.
Les variantes pourront porter sur le phasage d'intervention et les techniques d'intervention. Sous réserve que tous les candidats remettent l'ensemble des documents demandés au stade de la candidature, le pouvoir adjudicateur retiendra l'ensemble des candidats admis à remettre une offre pour la 2nde PHA.
