Description

The current 68 parking vending machines need to be adapted: the licence for current card readers (pick-up and mobile payment) expires as of 1.1.2019, and the software must also be prepared for the payment obligation (Mastercard) of contactless payment as of 2020.
On the basis of Article 2.32 of the AW, this revision contract is purchased by negotiated procedure without publication of a contract notice because competition is not possible for technical reasons: the overhaul requires technical components that can only be supplied and located by the supplier of these current machines and built-in software. NB. the technical lifetime of the current vending machines is not yet complete.
