Halmstads Teater ska efter många år genomgå en förnyelse och uppgraderas till senaste tekniken. Det som ska uppgraderas i första hand är PA-systemet och frontljus till stora salongen till ett uppskattat värde av flera miljoner. Bland produkter som ska köpas in är högtalare, subwoofers, förstärkare, kablage, signaldistribution, teknik för ljus, rökmaskiner, DMX-split, artnetnode och mycket mer.
