1. The subject of the contract is the supply of dressing materials and auxiliary medical devices in the quantity and with the parameters specified in Annexes 1.1 -1.5 to the Medical Devices Code:
Package 1 - Gaza, lignin, tupfer, bands
Package 2 – Idle gas compressors
Package 3 – Gypsum, sub-gypsum band
Package 4 - Sleepers, nappies
Package 5 – Disposable sheet
2. The assortment that is the subject of the contract must be approved for marketing and use in health care institutions in the Republic of Poland, in the case of assortment listed as medical in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2022, item. 974) and comply with European Union law.
