Description

The consultation concerns the subscription of "construction" type "damage to the work" insurance guarantees guaranteeing the demolition and reconstruction operation of Collège A. France in Châteaudun, of which the buyer is the contracting authority. For information, the estimated amount of the operation (including fees) is EUR 25 299 600 (all lots) and EUR 22 043 473 (excluding demolition). This consultation concerns only the underwriting of property and casualty insurance. The CCRD will be subscribed by the group holding the overall performance contract. This consultation is organised on the basis of open invitations to tender issued pursuant to Articles L 2124-2 and R 2124-2 of the Public Order Code. It shall be reserved for bodies carrying and providing for the risks which are the subject of the contract to which they apply and for which they have the approval of the national supervisory authority on which they depend. Insurance intermediaries to submit insurance transactions may also apply in addition to these bodies. The contract shall take effect at the earliest on the date on which it is notified and under the conditions laid down in Article 1 - DG7 of the Special Terms and Conditions. The validity start and end dates in this notice are estimated and non-contractual dates. The tenderer shall propose a global tender in response to the basic solution. The Specific Terms and Conditions do not contain any variants imposed or additional services. Free variants at the initiative of tenderers are not allowed. In view of the specific nature of the insurance markets, the buyer accepts the tenderer's reservations to his requests. Tenderers must therefore submit their basic tender either with reservations or without reservations.
