Description

the purpose of this contract is to draw up the future model for the allocation of resources, in accordance with the main guiding principles of the reform of CHRS pricing and additional work assumptions. It should simulate the impact on the allocations allocated to institutions and consider the implementation trajectory where appropriate. The service is thus expected to achieve a twofold objective. 1. Develop different scenarios for the future tariff model and give information on the amount of lump sums associated with the three main axes “accompanying”, “host” and “administer” and the modulations of these lump sums according to the quantitative analyses carried out, in order to select a target resource allocation model. 2. Assess the impact of the reform on allocations to existing institutions and accordingly define a trajectory for the implementation of the selected new allocation model
