Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of various pharmaceuticals and medical devices of a kind and quantity in accordance with Annex 1 to the ToR and the contract – Price Form.
2. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into 219 lots.
3. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted for one, several or all of the lots. The contracting authority may submit only one tender.
4. Medicines reimbursed on the basis of a decision of the Minister for Health should be increased by a margin not higher than the official wholesale margin in accordance with the Act of 12 May 2011 on the reimbursement of medicines, foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses and medical devices.
5 If packs with a different number of items (tapes, amp) are present on the market, they must be converted and the full number of packets rounded up must be reported.
6. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted.
