Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of security services in n/in facilities:
— part 1 – direct, permanent physical protection of persons, property and land, permanent electronic monitoring of alarm signals generated by the SSWN system at the following locations:
(1) the premises of the Technical Supervision Office of the Branch in Warsaw at ul. Radar 9,
(2) the site of the Technical Supervision Office, Płock Branch at ul. Kiliński 10C,
(3) the premises of the Office of Technical Supervision, Lublin Branch at ul. Majdanka Martyrs’ Road 6;
— part 2 – direct, permanent physical protection of persons, property and land, permanent electronic monitoring of alarm signals generated by the SSWN system at the following locations:
(1) the premises of the Technical Supervision Office, Gliwice Branch at ul. Worker 4a,
(2) the premises of the Technical Supervision Office, Kielce Branch at ul. Churches 33B,
(3) the site of the Technical Supervision Office, Dąbrowo Górnicza Branch at ul. Arrival 8.
— part 3 – direct, permanent physical protection of persons, property and land, permanent electronic monitoring of alarm signals generated by the SSWN system at the following location: at the Central Laboratory of the Technical Supervision Office in Poznań at ul. Małecki 29.
— part 4 – direct, permanent physical protection of persons, property and land, permanent electronic supervision of the three-storey building with a useful floor area of 3.436 m² located on the plot of the Technical Inspection Office at ul. Riga 50 in Kraków with an area of 5.610 m².
— part 5 – direct, permanent physical protection of persons, property and land, permanent electronic monitoring of alarm signals generated by the SSWN system at the following location: at the Technical Supervision Office, Gdańsk Branch, ul. St. TractWojciech 215 b.
part No 6 – direct, permanent physical protection of persons, property and land, permanent electronic monitoring of alarm signals generated by the SSWN system at the following location: at the premises of the Technical Supervision Office, Poznań Branch at ul. Taczaka 5.
