Description

The object of the concession is the provision of taxi transport services at Finavia Oyj’s Helsinki-Vantaa airport from 1 July 2018. The objective of the competitive tendering procedure is to find three (3) compliant operators providing taxi services at Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Each of the operators selected on the basis of a competitive tendering procedure will be able to operate from the loading areas located in the taxi station area of one (1) airport.
Helsinki-Vantaa airport will initially have one (1) taxi area per terminal. With the expansion of the airport, this could change in the future (expected in summer 2019) so that at least one (1) centralised taxi station area serving both terminals will be temporarily introduced at the airport.
In addition, each taxi station area has one (1) general loading area for all other taxi operators who comply with the legislation and the conditions laid down by Finavia for a high-quality taxi service.
