Description

The Libraries of Esbjerg Municipality will have to replace their sorting system. The sorting plant will be installed at Esbjerg Municipality's Main Library, Nørregade 19, 6700 Esbjerg in the same area as the current sorting plant. The main features of the final contract are that the supplier must: • Decommissioning and disposal of existing facilities. • Delivering, assembling, commissioning and testing the sorting plant • Delivering accessories, cf. Annex 2 – Requirements specification • Delivering documentation and user and maintenance instructions • Training of library staff in the use of sorting systems and accessories • Delivering warranty • Delivering service and support Further specification of the services can be found in the requirements specification. The purpose of this consultation is to engage in a dialogue with the market in order to fulfil this task. The consultation deadline is 20 October at 23:59.
