Description

Obiectul contractului il reprezinta furnizarea unui Sistem Inteligent de Management Local avand in componenta Centru de monitorizare în timp real a situației din localitate, Sistem Video Inteligent de Monitorizare a traficului si siguranta a drumurilor publice si Mobilier urban inteligent – statii de autobuz inteligente, inclusiv elaborarea proiectului tehnic de securitate si operatiuni de instalare, testare, punere in functiune.
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare /informatii suplimentare, in a 11-a zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in conditiile in care solicitarile se vor adresa cu cel putin 18 zile înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Clarificarile depuse dupa acest termen nu vor mai fi luate in considerare.
Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
In conformitate cu prevederile art.156, alin (1) lit. b. din Legea 98/2016 – Toate specificatiille tehnice, serviciile, standardele si cerintele mentionate si solicitate in cadrul documentatiei de atribuire (inclusiv caiet de sarcini, studiu de fezabilitate) sunt insotite de mentiunea „sau echivalent”.
