Description

The Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW (Duisburg branch) is planning comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation measures with a new construction character for the justice centre at the Mönchengladbach site. The Justice Centre consists of a total of five building parts of different years of construction. Only the building parts A, C and E (listed) are part of the following service. For the building parts A, C and E, which are fully in operation, a pollutant remediation including monitoring is planned. The buildings of the Justice Center Mönchengladbach are located on a state-owned property of the construction and real estate company NRW and currently have significant renovation needs. Furthermore, the optimal use of the buildings is limited by current structural boundary conditions (e.g. insufficient delivery situation, poor accessibility and requirements of monument protection). The buildings of the Judicial Centre in Mönchengladbach are located on two adjacent plots and have the following locations: - District Court of Mönchengladbach: Hohenzollernstraße 157 (Fig. A ) - Amtsgericht Mönchengladbach: Hohenzollernstraße 157 (Geb.A) and Hohenzollernstraße 155 (Geb.C) - Arbeitsgericht Mönchengladbach: Hohenzollernstraße 155 (Fig. C) - Outpatient Social Service: Gneisenaustraße 4a (Figure E) For more details, please refer to the procurement documents.
