Insurance consultancy and brokerage for the municipalities of Monfalcone, San Canzian d’Isonzo, San Pier d’Isonzo, Turriaco, Doberdò del Lago – Doberdob, Sagrado, Fogliano Redipuglia and Ronchi dei Legionari, comprising:
— assisting, advising and managing the overall insurance programme, identifying, analysing and assessing the risks to which the municipalities are subject, identifying the most effective and cost-effective solutions to the needs of the body, analysing existing insurance policies and identifying the necessary cover;
— the monitoring of the costs of the cover and related cost-benefit assessment in order to optimise resources in relation to the quality of the services offered;
specialist technical support in carrying out tenders, from drawing up the specifications to consulting at the various stages of the call for tenders;
— assistance in the technical and administrative management of contracts and updates of contracts in relation to the institutions’ insurance needs;
— the notice of maturing premiums;
— assistance in the technical and administrative management of contracts and updates of the contracts in relation to the insurance needs of the institutions;
— the notice of maturing premiums
— assistance in the management of claims, even if the municipalities were to be injured;
— training support for the staff of the body involved in the management of insurance contracts.
