Description

Economic operators will be able to request clarifications 15 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The lists of quantities of services to be provided are attached to the specifications for each lot. The operations consist of: - knocked down, split, gathered, brought close to the primary platform; - cleaning of the parquet floors, in accordance with the Instructions approved by OMMP no. 1540/2011, as subsequently amended and supplemented; - sorting the wood mass in the primary platform in working wood and firewood and/or industrial assortments, as well as cutting and preparing it for loading. if the technological project also provides for the transport of wood by car in the warehouse, it shall be carried out on the basis of the tariff relating to the transport operation for the types and quantities set out by the beneficiary in Chapter E of the technical exploitation project (PTE) - other operations under PTE The exploitation of wood shall be carried out by economic operators certified for logging, as well as by natural persons under the conditions laid down in Article 101(3)(a) of Law No 331/2024, republished, as amended. Timber exploitation shall be carried out on the basis of the operating permit within the maximum duration of timber exploitation laid down in Annex 2 to Order No 1540/2011. The authorization for the exploitation of the partitions will be made depending on the stage of the new legal procedures for the approval by the EPA of the forestry arrangements.
