Description

1. The subject of the contract is the SERVICE OF EQUIPMENT OF THE REGIONAL COURT'S APARTMENTS IN WEJHEROW AND THE TERRITORIES ADJUSTABLE TO THE BUILDINGS OF THE REGIONAL COURT IN WEJHEROW. 2. The subject of the contract consists in cleaning the premises of the District Court in Wejherowo and ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and aesthetics in office rooms, auxiliary rooms, social rooms, archives, sanitary facilities, communication routes, in the elevator, in the underground garage (in the building at ul. Ascension 4 in Wejherowo), disinfection in the event of an epidemic emergency, waste segregation in accordance with the National Waste Segregation System, maintenance of cleanliness on external areas, removal of icing and snow removal (if necessary with a snow export service – min. 20 m3, max. 200 m3) and conservation works. 3. The subject of the contract includes the following offices of the District Court in Wejherowo: Wejherowo, Ascension 4 and Wejherowo, oo. Reformation of 9. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the FTZ and Annex No 8.1 to the FTZ entitled: Model contract. 5. The Contracting Authority REQUIRES that the Contractor, before submitting the tender, makes a vision of the local location of the service in order to obtain the information that may be necessary to prepare the tender and to conclude the contract and perform the order. The costs of carrying out the on-site verification shall be borne by the Contractor. It is possible to make a vision on working days from 9:00 to 13:00. The date of the vision should be agreed with the Ordering Party: e-mail: biznes@wejherowo.sr.gov.pl The vision must be confirmed by the Ordering Party. OFFER SUBJECT TO TREATMENT pursuant to Art. 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Act, IF THE OFFER IS SUBMITTED WITHOUT A LOCAL VISA
