Binnen de scope van de opdracht vallen de volgende werkzaamheden: instapbegeleiding bij alle aanlandingen en locaties bij GVB Veren.
1. van maandag t/m vrijdag tijdens de ochtend- en avondspits;
2. in het weekend op het drukste moment veelal vanaf 12:00 in de middag;
3. voorziene- en onvoorziene evenementen.
Onder instapbegeleiding worden de volgende werkzaamheden verstaan: service verlenen, toezicht houden en sfeer en veiligheid waarborgen.
