Description

The subject of this framework agreement with purchase orders is the works necessary for the development, repair and maintenance of the roads and public spaces of Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole, divided into 9 geographical lots and four technical lots. This consultation is carried out as part of a grouping of orders in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following bodies: - Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole (coordinator of the consortium) - City of Montpellier This is a single-award framework agreement with a maximum annual threshold pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts mentioned in the RC are indicative and include all renewal periods.
