The project ‘Supporting the connection of low-income population to the existing water supply and sewerage networks in the area of operation of Apaserv Satu Mare SA’ identified the need to connect to the public water supply and/or sewerage system some financially vulnerable inhabitants in the localities in the area of operation, where, although there is a drinking water supply network and a domestic sewerage network, they did not connect/connect, the main reason being the poor financial situation. Water connections and sewerage connections will be made for an estimated 725 households where 256 connections and connections will be made, 349 only water connections and 120 only channel connections, according to the table in the Tender Specifications. In accordance with the provisions of Art.172, par. (1) of Law no.99/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, in compliance with the deadline set by the contracting entity.
