1. The scope of work includes: 1.1. Part 1: cleaning service: 1.1.1. in the building at ul. Nałęczowska 14 in Lublin with a total area of 1 811.81 m2, 1.1.2. in the building at ul. Krochmalna 13i in Lublin with a total area of 1,245.63 m2, 1.1.3. in the building at ul. Krochmalna 13j in Lublin with a total area of 758.72 m2. 1.2. Part 2: cleaning service: 1.2.1. in the building of the "Dworzec Lublin" bus station at ul. Dworcowa 2 in Lublin with a total area of 12 038.65 m2, together with an adjacent area of 27 700.53 m2, 1.2.2. in a social and technical building at ul. Krochmalna 8e in Lublin with a total area of 604.75 m2, together with an adjacent area with a total area of 541.70 m2. 2. ATTENTION! Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority in accordance with Art. 2(1) of the Public Procurement Law requires an offer to be submitted after the Contractor has carried out an on-site inspection. The costs of the on-site visit and the responsibility for participation in the on-site visit in compliance with health and safety rules shall be borne by the Contractor himself. Details of the on-site visit are included in the Specifications of the Terms of Order. 3. At the same time, the Contracting Authority informs that the offer of the Contractor who did not participate in all stages of the on-site visit (respectively for each lot) will be rejected in a given lot pursuant to Art. 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Act.
