Description

The Kronach III school association is planning to rehabilitate, extend or restructure the Gottfried Neukam Central School in Kronach.
The buildings of the Gottfried Neukam Central School in Kronach are part of the Kronach school centre.
The plant was constructed in 1975/1976. Since construction, no major renovations or renovation measures have been carried out, which means that extensive measures to preserve the construction works have become necessary. On the basis of a feasibility study, it is assumed that shortcomings will be solved by restructuring the existing stock or extension structures.
Construction costs (KG 300 + 400, DIN 276) are currently assumed to be approximately EUR 9.0 million gross.
The purpose of this invitation to tender is to provide the following services (in stages):
Structural design, performance phases 1 to 6 in accordance with Sections 49 et seq. HOAI.
