Project control of residue heap Bischofferrode
The overall project objective is to cover the residue heap Bischofferode. It can be assumed that the project will be implemented in stages in several planning phases and construction phases. For this, planning and construction services as well as expert reports and expert services (emission and immission reports, geotechnical investigations, water law applications, LBP, building permits, etc.) are necessary. It is currently assumed that the entire stockpile will be covered for a period of approximately 60 to 70 years. The LMBV intends to use external project management for the implementation of the project goal, the project management is the responsibility of the LMBV. The project management services to be commissioned here primarily include services for the realization of the two sub-projects prioritised by the LMBV: - Subproject 1: Heap ramp incl. other infrastructure and - subproject 2: Cover of the heap plateau in the complex of the total cover of the tailings heap. It is intended to provide the services to be provided by the project management in accordance with the AHO (Committee of Associations and Chambers of Engineers and Architects for the Fee Regulations e.V. (AHO), Issue No. 9, as of March 2020, 5th edition) defined project stages with the associated areas of action: 1. Project preparation 2. Planning 3. Execution preparation 4. Execution 5. Commission project completion.
