Servicii prestate de catre entitati juridice specializate in vederea achizitionarii de catre autoritatea contractanta a biletelor de avion pentru zboruri internationale, in functie de necesitatile concrete ale acesteia. Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
