Description

Purchase of medicinal products under a dynamic purchasing system in 3 parts for the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Teaching Hospital for a period of 12 months. The delivery and unloading of the above products from the means of transport and their delivery to the Contracting Authority’s warehouse or to another premises indicated by the Contracting Authority shall also form part of the contractual performance of the Contractor as the successful tenderer. All references to objects, processes, activities, persons, patents or trade marks of the make, origin, type, origin and origin specified in this notice and in the procurement documents were made necessary by a clear and comprehensible definition of the subject-matter of the procurement, but the designation was made only for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject-matter and the contracting authority accepts an equivalent in relation to each individually designated object or trade mark, including a substitute for the designated product, with the proviso that, in case of doubt, the tenderer must prove equivalence. All products offered must comply with Act XCV of 2005 and Regulation 44/2004. (IV) 28.) to the National Centre for Public Health and Pharmacy (the National Centre for Public Health and Pharmacy), either with a valid authorisation issued by the European Commission or with an equivalent authorisation/certificate.
