Description

Projektet avser upprustning av fastigheten Kv. Nystad 8 på Sibeliusgången 4 Akalla, Stockholm, och är det andra av 6 skivhus i Kv Nystad som skall upprustas. Fastigheten utgörs av entrévåning med förrådsutrymmen och lokaler, 11 bostadsvåningar samt källare och vind. Fastigheten innehåller 99 st. lägenheter, garage med 64 bilplatser och två bef. lokaler.
Huset är ett skivhus med tidstypisk arkitektur och är en del av miljonprogrammet som byggdes under 1970-talet och som nu är i behov av en genomgripande upprustning.
I projektet ingår även ombyggnad av gården på fastigheten Kv. Nystad 7, d.v.s. gården mellan byggnaderna Sibeliusgången 2 och Sibeliusgången 4. Entreprenaden är uppdelad i 2 huvuddelar där renovering av byggnaden på Kv. Nystad 8 utgör huvuddel 1 och gården på Kv. Nystad 7 utgör huvuddel 2.
Projektet ingår som en del av ´Järvalyftet´.
