Germany-Grevenbroich: Electrical fitting work
The Rhein-Kreis Neuss intends to extend the senior house of Korschenbroich. They include
among other things, the construction of a new three-storey building unit with 45 single rooms, the repurposing of the building;
of 10 single rooms in 10 double rooms and the construction of a new building part of a three-storey building with 16
Single rooms, bistro and reception area. The work will be carried out in 3 phases.
The new construction covers approx. BGF 4 100 m² and approx. 13.350 m³ of BRI; the repurposing includes approx. BGF 654 m² and approx.
1.750 m³ BRI.
Korschenbroich’s elderly house is a complex of buildings dating from the 1970s.
As part of the planned construction work, the first An extension building is to be constructed as a new construction with terrace roofing. In the 2nd Conversion and refurbishment work will be carried out in the existing building. In the 3 rd Section of the building will be broken down and replaced by a new building that has not been submerged. For design reasons, the latter also receives a flat roof.
