Description

The subject of the contract is the regulatory monitoring or self-monitoring that Troyes Champagne Métropole may carry out on all the sewerage and rainwater networks and on the treatment plants managed by it. In accordance with Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation is combined as follows: Lot 1: Regulatory water analyses and controls, -Lot 2: Regulatory analyses and controls of sludge, -Lot 3: Analysis of releases of hazardous substances to water, sludge and natural environments. This consultation concerns only Lots 1 and 2. Lot 3 will be the subject of a separate and subsequent consultation. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, each lot will lead to the conclusion of a single successful framework agreement with order forms. The holder of the framework agreement will be consulted, whenever a need arises, by issuing order forms, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4-2° of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum amount of: Lot 1: EUR 60 000 excluding VAT per year; Lot 2: 20 000 € excluding VAT per year. For each lot, this contract is valid for one year from the date of notification. It is renewable, 3 times tacitly, for a period of 12 months. The holder of the public contract may not refuse renewal in accordance with the provisions of Article R2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code. In the event of non-renewal, a letter will be sent to the holder(s) of the public contract at least one month before the expiry of the contract. For each lot, the time limits for execution are laid down in Article E2 IA.
