Description

The purchase of maintenance materials for buildings, in order to support and streamline the activity of C.N. Posta Română S.A. at national level, by concluding a framework agreement for a period of 24 months, in accordance with the specifications. Information on the minimum and maximum quantities of each subsequent contract and framework agreement can be found in Annex - List of Products - main quantities and technical characteristics of the tender specifications. The purchase of maintenance materials for buildings will be carried out through the conclusion of a framework agreement for 2 (two) years comprising 2 (two) follow-on contracts, each concluded for a period of 12 (twelve) months. The framework agreement will be signed with the top 5 (five) successful tenderers and the subsequent contracts will be awarded in cascade (in the order of the ranking resulting from the evaluation of the tenders). Subsequent contracts will not be awarded by reopening the competition. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting entity shall respond in a clear and complete manner to any request for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the set deadline. (in compliance with Article 173, paragraph 1 of Law No 99/2016).
