Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2021, item 1275, as amended. – ‘Law on forests’) covering logging and harvesting work to be carried out in the Starachowice Forest District in 2022.
The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of timber harvesting and chippings resulting from Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ,
The quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the implementation of the ‘Description of the standard technology for the performance of forest works’ in organisational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the technology standard for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject-matter of the contract, set out in that decision, formed the basis for defining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject-matter of the contract contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description of the technology standard for the performance of forestry works).
