Description

The main objective of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of on-demand software application development services for the platform IT system for owners associations existing in the Bucharest City Hall of Sector 3, for a maximum period of 48 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/supplementary information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
