Description

Het doel is het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met één (1) Opdrachtnemer voor de lease (levering, installatie, bedrijfsklaar instellen en preventief, correctief en adaptief onderhoud) van twee couverteermachines inclusief bijbehorende software en licentie ten behoeve van het Verzendhuis van de IND te Den Bosch. IND verwacht in 2024 circa 2.000.000 brieven te produceren. Op basis van managementinformatie blijkt dat IND vanaf mei 2024 gemiddeld 167.300 brieven per maand verstuurt. De verwachting is dat het werkaanbod van IND jaarlijks met 10% zal toenemen. Deze toename zal gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst, met inachtneming van de doelstelling, door twee couverteermachines uitgevoerd moeten kunnen worden. Het totale aantal brieven gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst wordt geschat op 13.767.000 brieven. Uitgaande van het huidige gemiddelde aantal van 3 clicks per brief is het aantal clicks gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst 41.301.000 clicks.
