Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 piece of ambulance type C equipped with a main stretcher and a stretcher transporter for the needs of the medical rescue team of the Sądecki Ambulance Service in Nowy Sącz. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ. 3. The Contractor shall ensure that the vehicles delivered: a) they are brand new, fully functional, without defects, not demonstration, not subject to exposure, b) their standard of construction includes at least medical housing, main stretcher and stretcher transporter, c) they were manufactured no later than in 2026, d) their medical housing was manufactured in 2026, and the Contractor has documents authorising the marketing and use of medical equipment of buildings, in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1620 as amended), (e) are ready for use. 4. The Contractor will be obliged to provide the services accompanying the delivery of the car, indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to this FTZ, because the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in the manner specified in these draft provisions of the contract. 5. The Contractor must provide the following guarantees for the delivered vehicles: for the base vehicle: 24-month warranty; b) for medical facilities: 24-month warranty; for varnish coating: 24-month warranty; for medical equipment: 24-month warranty e) for body perforation: 60-month warranty;
