Description

The subject of this framework agreement is the purchase of restaurant vouchers for the purposes of Saint-Étienne Métropole. The issuer of restaurant vouchers must necessarily be a member of the securities redemption centre. Currently, these securities are distributed to around 1 000 agents. The face value of restaurant passes is set at EUR 6 on 1.1.2018. This value may be modulated upwards and downwards. In the event of a change in the face value, Saint-Étienne Métropole undertakes to notify the holder as soon as possible, or at least 1 months before the new order for the titles affected by the new face value.
