Description

The contracting authority has decided to entrust the operation of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water production and water treatment installations in the buildings of the Le Quesnoy Hospital Centre with this contract. The contracting authority is committed to energy management and would like this contract to guarantee: Permanent comfort for users, continuity of service and rapid and efficient troubleshooting, cost control and energy efficiency of installations, gradual improvement in the condition and performance of installations A rapid and lasting reduction in energy consumption The duration of the contract is concluded for a period of eight (8) firm years from: 1 January 2025 for all sites of the control group composed of the CH of Quesnoy and the EHPAD of Landrecies. The market will end on December 31, 2032 in Midnight.
