— task No 1 Orzysz – construction of 5 garage buildings for KTO Rosomak vehicles and accompanying infrastructure;
— task No 2 Orzysz – reconstruction of workshop building No 281 and accompanying infrastructure.

3. Warranty period: the Contractor’s liability for defects in the documentation shall cease to apply to the Contracting Authority on the date of completion of the construction and assembly works (technical acceptance of the works) subcontracted on the basis of the documentation;
4. Time limit required for the performance of the contract for Task 1 and Task 2 with a material effect: max 240 days, of which:
— investment programme – a minimum of 120 days from the date of signature of the contract, up to a maximum of 150 days from the date of signature of the contract,
— construction documentation – a minimum of 210 days from the date of signature of the contract, up to 240 days from the date of signature of the contract.
