Technology of pool water recycling for Aquacentrum Šutka in the form of Design & Build
The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of technological equipment for the recycling of pool water works. It also includes the provision of warranty service for 60 months. For the avoidance of doubt and to avoid any questions seeking clarification of these tender specifications, the contracting authority stresses that this contract is awarded in the form of Design and Build, where the contracting authority requests, as part of the supplier’s tender, the submission of a proposal for its own solution that meets the contracting authority’s minimum requirements set out in Part C. ‘Requirements of the contracting authority for water recycling technology’ of these tender specifications. More detailed terms of delivery are also in the binding draft contract, which forms part D. of this tender documentation.
