The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of waste. The amount of waste may decrease or increase, according to the needs of the Ordering Party. A change in the amount of waste shall result in a change in the Contractor's final remuneration. Failure to complete the entire scope of the contract may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party. 7.
