Description

The procurement was carried out by negotiated procedure without publication pursuant to Section 58(b) on the grounds that the type of aircraft in question could be supplied exclusively to the defence department by the manufacturer of the aircraft in question, in this case Aircraft Industries a.s. Kunovice, Czech Republic, which entrusted its exclusive and exclusive representation to the Slovak Republic to Manipul s.r.o., Bratislava, which can carry out the supply of new aircraft, servicing and supply of spare parts for defence, and which submitted the necessary certificates and documentation in the negotiations and with the participation of the manufacturer Aicraft Industries a.s., Kunovice, Czech Republic. The modernisation of the aircraft in question, old and new, was carried out for reasons of economic and technical nature, since, in carrying out the modernisation of the directly old aircraft in 1982 and 1983, on the basis of the manufacturer’s comments, there was a high probability of a disproportionate increase in the cost of field repairs and replacements of individual structural elements, which would result in a higher price for the upgrades thus carried out than in the case of upgrades in the form of replacement of new aircraft.
